Welcome to Episode #14 of the Finding Body Freedom Podcast with Flo Bradley!

This is a very important topic to talk about so I hope you get something from today’s episode about how to talk with our young people about body image.

Flo and I go in depth about body image and how to talk with our young people about their bodies.

Here’s a bit more about Flo:

Flo Bradley’s Motto is: Life is A Gift, I Want to Play with What’s Inside,

Flo is the founder of an online personal growth blog and vlog where through her weekly content, visitors can get micro trainings on everything from managing their time to getting out of debt.

As a health, wealth, lifestyle and mindset transformation coach for the past 5 years she’s helped hundreds of people shift negative limiting beliefs with a new blueprint so that they feel empowered to thrive in all areas of their life.

Her premiere program, The Life Vision Workshop was designed to assist her community to create pictures around their goals and desires through the power of Dreamscaping or Vision Boarding. That parlayed into launching a speaking career and in addition to coaching private clients. She also works with one of the largest Online Boot Camps serving over 50 countries as the community’s only motivation and inspiration coach. Through Boot Camp Hub she shares a weekly talk show, Fired Up with Flo whose purpose is to charm out the gifts and fire that she believes everyone already has, but may need a little help unwrapping the present.

Philanthropy and giving back to the world is what drives her and in 2013 she co-created a summer and after school enrichment program for students grade 6-12 called The Meridian Freedom Project whose goal is to build up the future leaders.

The legacy that she is most proud of though is her two kiddos Avery and Bryce and the life that she shares with her husband, US Naval Aviator Pilot, Lieutenant Commander Robert Bradley.
