Hi everyone! Welcome back to another great podcast episode! This is episode #6 with one amazing human being, Thais Guimaraes. Thais is a women’s leadership coach, motivational speaker, spiritual teacher and the co-creator of The AMPLIFY Collective, a movement changing the way women network. She is also a co-host of the popular podcast BE AMPLIFIED.

After struggling for years with emotional eating, anxiety and several identity crises, she found the key to happiness – worthiness, and set out to support other women rise UP. She believes that the world will be saved by women who decide they are worthy of it. She received a prestigious first-class degree in Management and has studied spirituality, yoga, psychology, and leadership for over 10 years and has transformed the lives of hundreds of women worldwide. She has been featured in The Washingtonian, The Huffington Post and KTLA. Thais inspires readers through her weekly love notes over at CoachThais.com

In this episode, Thais and I talk about her journey from binge eating to not giving any fucks if she eats a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast.  Thais is not only down to earth but she calls herself and others out on their limiting beliefs. We talked about the debilitating side of emotional eating, the difference between confidence and self-worth (which is brilliant), and how spirituality lead to her finding her truth and her passion. We chatted about her journey, moving across the country, and creating two businesses in LA. I even had a huge a-ha moment on air that you’ll get to experience. I know you will all L-O-V-E her as much as I do. She is a definite inspiration to me and I’m sure she’ll have the same effect on you.
