Welcome back to the Finding Body Freedom Podcast! Today we will talking with the Donut Eating Dietitian, Ashley Smith. She’s an incredible dietitian who works in mental health. This is episode #11 (which is my favorite number).
Here’s More about Ashley Smith, The Donut Eating Dietitian:
Ashley Smith is a registered dietitian in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. She graduated with both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutritional sciences and now works for a mental health counseling center providing one-on-one nutritional counseling for those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and other medical conditions. Ashley has personally experienced the bondage of trying to control her weight through calorie restriction and over exercise. Because of her past, she desires to help others find freedom in their relationship with food and their bodies through adopting a mindful and intuitive eating approach. She believes there is abundant life outside food and weight control and wants to love others well by sharing from her schooling, personal experience, and trainings. In her free time, Ashley loves being active outdoors, getting together with friends, cooking, reading and writing blogs, and drinking iced lattes.
